“Nice park 1st class showers”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Basics: Roads paved and easy to get around on but easy to get lost and go the right way to assure you get the RV on the right side for the utilities. Site were gravel and they have lots of pull thrus...

Tip for Other Campers:
ND State Parks has a strange way of what they call their campsites compared to the rest of the country. Primitive has water in the campground area, Modern has power and water at the site Delux (?) has FHU. Group Camps have water and power for multiple parties, Horse Camps have water and are suitable for horses.
“Very Nice Spot”
Nightly Rate: $38 USD
We only stayed overnight but wish we had a couple days. There's a nice lake for swimming or boating. Camp roads were no problem navigating. There's some room between sites. We were in site 124. Nice...

Tip for Other Campers:
There's a grocery store a little east of the campground. We stopped there to replace the items removed when passing through customs from Canada. Plenty of room to walk, ride a bike, swim or boat. We wanted to stop at the Minuteman Missile silo but it wasn't open.
Tips from campers about Icelandic State Park
- Retired Wanderers Icelandic State Park is near so much, across the road was another fascinating and interesting, Pembina County Museum, up highway 5 about 6 miles was a Missile Site #3, left over from the Cold War and now owned by a private individual who is restoring it and giving guided tours.7 years ago Icelandic State Park

“Lots to see and do in the area”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
We stayed in site #24 West Loop which is a w/e pull thru. Leveling our 39' MH wasn't hard, but did take a bit of finesse. There were no issues with the utilities and the dump station was convenient....

Tip for Other Campers:
The Rendezvous Scenic Backway is a nice drive on maintained gravel roads. There is only one grocery store in town and I found the prices to be quite high. Winnipeg is roughly 2 hours away and a great day trip.
“Nice SP just south of the border”
Nightly Rate: $37 USD
Very nice SP. Side pull-in along roads vs back in, so in effect, all spaces are pull-through. Spickets are between every 2 camping spots, and quite a distance if you dont have a long hose, or use...
