Staff was pleasant over the phone. We arrived after hours. All necessary info was left on the door for us. The site was super long. We did need to level our trailer. Super quiet here at night....

Tips from campers about North Park Campground
- RufflesTia Carlisle is very close, plenty to do there. Vineyard nearby was fun.17 hours ago Dogwood Acres Campground
- Harry_110 Follow their advice on traversing the country road from interstate route 81, not your GPS!2 weeks ago Dogwood Acres Campground
- Dakotas_travels Do not rely on your GPS to get here. We came in and left from Exit 44. The roads and the turn in/out of the camp were no joke for our 40' Motor Coach but we made it. Call for directions. IMHO, exit 37 may be the best entry (from the North or South) if GPS says only for short (25') vehicles, we were told that it will be OK, the road has been reworked according to the campground owners.7 months ago Dogwood Acres Campground

I debated if this park should be a 4 or 5 stars and went with a 4. Nothing major, just small things that added up like bathroom stall latches not matching up making them hard to open and close....

“Huge back-in site, pretty quiet”

We stayed for a few nights while visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We would have preferred to stay closer to the park but everything closer was full for the weekend that we were in the area....

Tip for Other Campers:
There was a coin-op car wash pretty close that was good for hosing off the truck after the dirt roads at Theodore Roosevelt NP. The Wal-Mart was okay for groceries, too.

Nice place to stay for a stop over when traveling. We camped at North Park Campground in a Motorhome.
