LOTS to do here but better to come in-season. We got there after Labor Day and some things to see/do closed after Labor Day. We didn't get to see Medora Musical but we drove up to see it. Tip for Other Campers:
Entered Theodor Roosevelt NP around 7AM. Wow - we saw the wild horses, prong horn, bison, blacktail marmots, quail - fabulous.
Tips from campers about Red Trail Campground
- WonderWhale Easy walk into town with grocery store, shops and services. Some shops and restaurants are closed on Mondays though.11 months ago Grand Forks Municipal Campground & City Park
- Jo Hansen Walk on the KVR trail. Well groomed and close. So many golf courses near by. Grand forks is very close as well.4 years ago Country Hideaway
- FRL The art gallery and visitor centre just up 5th Avenue is definitely worth a visit. For walkers or cyclists the Trans Canada Trail runs right beside the campground.

Excellent choice when visiting Theodore Roosevelt NP. Full hookups and easy access. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

“Nothing Remarkable”

Parking spaces with hookups. Delivered what they promised but hadn't promised much. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Travel Trailer.
