Tips from campers about Hay River Territorial Park
- Jeanniestevemueller C section is best, away from the main entrance.5 months ago Hay River Territorial Park
- Onemoretrail Hay River is 7 km away and has gas, groceries, and restaurants. Parking for RVs is a challenge with their diagonal parking on many town centre streets, but we found a spot in front of the post office.2 years ago Hay River Territorial Park
- lrp374 The Hay River museum is well worth the visit and is quite close to the park. If you are lucky enough to pick a day when the volunteer is the gentleman that used to work on the tug boats you can have a very interesting few hours as he provides the history of the 35+ years he worked for Marine Transfer Services. It is hard to believe that barges from Hay River go almost all the way to Hudson Bay and return during the short open water season providing once a year supplies to so many areas.5 years ago Hay River Territorial Park
