Check in before arriving so the post electricity is turned on, and, to turn away drive-ups looking for a spot.

- Larry-2458 There are plenty of things to do in the Myrtle Beach area. This campground is located south of the city and more suburban than city area. Limited attractions in this area but is close to the main city area. Plenty of eateries within easy drive and the highlight is the seafood restaurants in the area. Be selective some are much better than others and many run an all you can eat buffets. Further up the road are plenty of things to do nearer the city and in the city area itself. Typical beach town with a boardwalk area and shops for tourist activities. The beaches are clean and usually in good condition. The area is tourist friendly, many entertainment events occur during summer months when more crowds are there. Enjoy the visit.6 months ago Pirateland Family Campground

Served its purpose...Check-in via phone was easy/convenient. Used electric only, stayed the night and left in the morning. Normal sounds of highway/truck stop all night. We camped at Love's RV Hookup...

“The water connection has a low pressure bypass. So they require you to put water in your rv tank.”

It was clean and easy to get into. But water and electric plus putting up with traffic all night is not worth $50 a night. We camped at Love's RV Hookup - Madison OH 863 in a Fifth Wheel.

“Great Overnight Stay”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
We stayed in site #7. Easy in and easy out. Great hookups. A lot quieter than expected. Nice dog park. We camped at Love's RV Hookup - Madison OH 863 in a Fifth Wheel.
