8km off of Highway 60 in Algonquin Park. You loose cell service about 30 meters off of the highway, but nice and quite park. Not a lot of privacy in this park, but the sites are generally level with...

Stock up in Huntsville or Whitney before coming to the park. The stores in the park are expensive compared to stores outside the park.

CampingBeagle There is a dog run and a small playground. The streets are paved. This park is close to many amenities like gas, food shopping, Target and Walmart.

Denny Smith Should you ever decide to stay at Shady Pines, there is a Shop-Rite grocery store, and quite a few choices for reasonable restaurants nearby in Absecon. Check out Sack-o Subs for good south Jersey subs, and Joe & Johns Pizzeria in Absecon. Atlantic City is only about 16 miles away. The closest beaches are found on the island of Brigantine. Forsythe Wildlife refuge is nearby. Stockton University is also close-by.
