- naturelover If you need ice, don't buy at the campground's park store. Instead, purchase your ice at the private "Park Store" which is accessible beside campsite #300 -- there's even a parking lot there to use and you don't leave the campground. We bought 1 bag of ice within the park initially and paid $4 for the smallest bag of ice cubes I'd ever seen! Then we found out about the private park store (shown on the campground map so they obviously know about it) and got 3 large bags of cubes for $10.3 years ago Balsam Lake Provincial Park
