A beautiful park with campground in the heart of the park. Many waterfront sites. We camped at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Sleeping Giant Provincial Park
- Ole Red In addition to the many hiking and biking opportunities, go to the Farmers Market in Thunder Bay (Wed afternoon and Sat morning). Also take a day trip or picnic to visit Kababeka Falls and Ouimet Canyon, both worthwhile trips.6 years ago Sleeping Giant Provincial Park

Very poor interior roads. Gift shop closed first week in Sept. Large park, room to walk. Large beach area. We camped at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park in a Motorhome.

Campsites very nice a d secluded from each other. Despite rain had a good time there. Disappointed as there is only one scenic trail accessible from trailhead without having to bike 5 miles each way...

Tip for Other Campers:
Don't bother driving the dirt road around lake Marie Louise - majority of drive has no lake view. Use the scenic pull out at north end of lake instead

Tip for Other Campers:
We had a delicious lunch at Missing Horse Restaurant and coffee and fresh cinnamon rolls at the Silver Islet store. The Fish Store has wonderful fresh and smoked fish.
