Tips from campers about Trout Haven Park

  • MikeJon881 Royal Botanical Gardens, Biking, Toronto, shopping.
  • Johnny xxxxx Really have to suggest the Grey Line city tour (not hop on hop off) if you have never been to Toronto before. Its good and reasonably priced. Also harbor tour is OK, if you want to see the town from the water. About Sights. Casa Loma OK but Spadina Museum next door wonderful. Must see others, Friday Saturday night in Distillery District especially if they have live music going. Bata Shoe Museum very interesting history, Art Galary of Onterio something for everyone.
  • SlackerinTO There is a Go station a few minutes away if you stay here and venture into Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, or even the Golden Horseshoe (Niagara region). There is a fair about is residential in the area so grocery, restaurants and stores are close by.

Family owned, friendly park with trout pond, winding brook, recreation hall, store, picnic area, lots of Canada geese, & permanent RVs. Very small playground for the kids, but nothing else for them...
