Tip for Other Campers:

Be cool! The host had told me that too many people come and stay here and trash the place or pee wherever. There is a toilet, please use it and pick your garbage. Area is pretty tight, wouldnt try anything but tent or low profile truck camper.

George_261 The park is super close to Maxham Road and Thornton Road and about 10 minutes from I-20. Just be careful and take it slow if you have a big rig. Some of the streets are narrow and the turns can be tight.

Da Keeffes Visit any of the Marietta Family Restaurants (mfrcaatering.com) in the area. We went to the Casa Grande Bar and Grill and Pasta Bella both in Austell. Also visited the Marietta Diner in Marietta...well worth the trip. There are six restaurants in this grouping and if we are ever this way we'd stay in this campground again just to visit the three we missed.
