Tip for Other Campers:
There is a resort next door, 5 minute walk, called "Lake of the Woods Resort and Marina" that has been there 94 years. Boat and kayaking rentals. While you can stay at the resort for about $50 with full hook-ups, Aspen Point campground is only $18, but is dry camping with no hook-ups.

Lots of hiking / bicycling trails, and of course there is boating / jet skiing and swimming. Multiple Wilderness trailheads within a short drive. Resort next door with gasoline, propane, restaurant and small store.
