Tips from campers about Sunset Campground
- Dan C You can raft the Tieton River or go boating on Rimrock Lake.3 years ago Hause Creek
- Scyr56 We have T-Mobile cell phones but they use US Cellular towers in some areas like this so we did have cell service. I believe the same applies to those with Verizon plans. Most sites are fairly private. Some pull-thru sites but we prefer sites 40-42 which are on the upper level overlooking the river with a path down to the river.5 years ago Hause Creek

Tip for Other Campers:
Many sites are first come first served - but you can stay in them for up to two weeks. Check the reservations site and find one that is normally reserved but open - the campground does not advertise these as you drive in - and you can stay one night and then move to the longer term sites the next morning.

Call Lake of The Woods Resort to verify the fees that should be charged before reserving a site, however our camp host told us that the Resort personnel didn't know what they were doing.
