“Lots of pine needles”
Nightly Rate: $53 USD
It was that time of the year that the pine trees were dropping their needles. The park has mostly long term occupants. There is an office, but it is not manned. There is a number to call if you...

Tip for Other Campers:
Cave junction has restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel. Fuel was a little pricey.
There is a restaurant within walking distance. Their senior menu was reasonable, but other entrees were getting expensive.
“Do not stay here ”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
We arrived to a spot that definitely would not hold our 40ft toy hauler. They did have another location that we had to back into. We were unable to put our patio door out. Almost had to cut a tree...

Tip for Other Campers:
We drove to Crescent City CA and enjoyed the coast and seeing the redwoods. Be careful in the town of OBrien. Lots of earthy folks around. Showering must be optional. Notice 8-10 individuals under the influence of drugs, and tweeking pretty hard.

- LISA_746 Lone Mtn. is at the corner of two busy roads. Neither is safe for cycling. 8 miles north, Cave Junction is the closest town with restaurants & grocery/hardware stores. Never ate at the one restaurant in O'Brien.1 year ago Lone Mountain RV Resort

We were very glad we stopped overnight at Lone Mountain! The site was flat and all utilities worked good. We were right next to road and it was a little noisy early in the evening but after dark it...

“Nice for overnight/SHORT term ONLY”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Lone Mtn is an attractive park with full hookups, standard amenities & reliable wifi for a decent price. Cell phone is iffy. Around 10 generous pull-through sites for travelers. Enough for a short...
