“I83 south, take EXIT 8”
Nightly Rate: $28 USD
We stayed at #94 next to host's site. Roomy and shady. Plenty of beach areas to play ball with the pups. The FHU sites were kinda close and the EO sites were spaced apart. Book early or you wind up in...

Skip Hanover and use Rt 94 to get to Gettysburg. Also, the Snyder snack outlet store is a great stop.
“Lovely park but a bit tight in places for bigger rigs”
Nightly Rate: $44 USD
Lovely old state park. Trees everywhere. I bit crowded in spots but still amazing. Its a bit dated. We camped at Codorus State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips from campers about Codorus State Park
- JeanneWil445 Lake Placid is close by, and is a great place to explore and experience a true piece of American sports history. The drive around the area is stunning, and there are many opportunites for hiking around Whiteface Mountain and the Ausable River. I would suggest that you save the time you might invest in going to Santa's Workshop. His elves have not been as busy as they should have been.
- Flikker We used this as a base camp and toured Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, Santa's Workshop and all the other places in the area. Go to Jay, NY, about 10 miles east, to see the covered bridge. Walk below to the rocks and water/rapids. Very relaxing. Lake Placid and the Olympic stuff. The North Pole and Santa, never too old to see that. Lots of hikes. A wonderful place in New York.

“Full hookup state park close to Gettysburg”
Nightly Rate: $33 USD
Heavily forested sites close to lake. Close to Hanover and Gettysburg. Our site on B loop was roomy with lots of shade. Only downside is the constantly barking dogs nearby. Good Verizon covereage. We...

Visit the Gettysburg Battlefield Memorial Park. We spent the whole day there. Ride the Heritage Rail Trail. The Utz potato chip factory tour in Hanover was interesting.
“Very unlevel ”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
Our site was so in level that I had to put blocks under the jacks. We were supposed to stay 6 nights but was so uncomfortable with the arrangement we moved on. Thats the benefit of having your home on...

Stayed on loop B. We had a fully wooded and good size site. This campground is one of our favorites. Very quiet and relaxing. With tons to do in the area. Would definitely recommend. We camped at...
