Additionally, we apologize for the confusion at the Ranger Station with your purchase. It's great to know that you enjoyed our Camp Store with fair pricing, and that our location made it convenient for your stay. We understand your concerns about the activity fee. We strive to offer a wide range of amenities and activities to enhance the guest experience, but we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to review our pricing structure. For those who prefer a more relaxing stay at their site, we understand how this may not be ideal, and we’ll continue to look for ways to balance the needs of all our guests. Unfortunately, this is the case during heavy rains, which we have been inundated with as of late. Our team is aware and fixes up the sites after each incident as soon as they are able. We are currently looking for a more permanent fix.
