- Jersey RV Must visit the covered bridge and grist mill. The mill is open for tours on the weekends between 1 and 3. The waterwheel will be turning and inside the mill the rangers will explain how the harnessed energy operated many different machines that were used for processing wheat. The lake is somewhat small but we still enjoyed a few hours kayaking. There is also a well-marked hiking trail that goes around the lake. Firewood was available on the honor system and was very dry as it burned easily.9 months ago Little Buffalo State Park

“Small park without much privacy”

This is a small park where the sites are close together and most often without any trees or bushes between sites. So privacy should not be expected. Our site #5 was low in the front (along the road)...
