Tip for Other Campers:
Visit all historical sites in Philly, bus available so it is safe to not have to drive in Philly. They have a lot of traffic cams I was warned by the park people, they like to mail tickets in the mail. I was able to arrive here avoiding toll roads, which was a big plus.

Take the bus into the center and have fun. We went to a Philadelphia Orchestra concert. Definitely a highlight.

- Art Goldsmith Visit all historical sites in Philly, bus available so it is safe to not have to drive in Philly. They have a lot of traffic cams I was warned by the park people, they like to mail tickets in the mail. - ETCTA Campus Park & Ride is located within a major city! 1-Plan your arrival and departures around commuter traffic. 2-None of the gas stations in the area were RV friendly..make sure you fill up your tanks prior to getting on I-76. 3-Bike, Walk, Take a Shuttle or Public Transportation to get into the "touristy" part of Philadelphia. Great option if you want to explore Philadelphia. Helpful, friendly staff. Free shuttle to bus stop. We felt safe and comfortable and will stay again! We camped at Campus Park & Ride in a Motorhome.

It's secure and convenient for sightseeing and I don't think you can be closer to downtown.
