Tips from campers about West Middlesex, PA
- Underlog Presents alternatives to downtown Charleston. Access roads take you to nearby shopping and restaurants without going back out on the highway. Patriot's Point is a great location for ferry to Fort Sumter and Water Taxi to downtown Charleston, though parking for the Water Taxi cost $12, parking for Fort Sumter was only $5. USS Yorktown, USS Laffey, and USS Clamagore are available to board and tour.
- Greg and Kim For those who enjoy pizza, Toni's Pizza in Mount Pleasant makes an outstanding Detroit Style PIzza (best I've ever found outside of Michigan) that is well worth trying.
- Cathy Roark Enterprise was good enough to come and pick us up so that we could get a Rent-A-Car. It was easy to return it because it was on our way out of the city headed towards Savannah
