“Nice and quiet. ”
Nightly Rate: $36 USD
Quiet. Leaves were changing colors. Beautiful. Our site was very nice. Clean. We camped at Hickory Run State Park in a Travel Trailer.

“Fantastic campground”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
The park is very large with many sites, some spaced out/private, some open and close together. I don't like that now there is a "pet loop" and you can't just camp at any of the 381 sites with a pet....

Tips from campers about Hickory Run State Park
- Raahoo Not all sites/loops are big rig friendly (narrow roads, tight turns, lots of trees and branches, etc), so be sure to check with the office before making your reservation... there are a lot of nice sites with easy access.2 years ago Hickory Run State Park

Full Hookup back in site. Large open area across roadway. Partial shade. Site was not level. We camped at Hickory Run State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots to do in park. Boulder field, Hawk Falls, plenty of trails, lake and swimming area.
Eckley miners village was interesting. Jim Thorpe and other interesting towns.

Tip for Other Campers:
Boulder Field was unlike anything I've seen before. Long drive into the woods with rutted roads, but worth it. Hawk's Falls was nice, too, but a long hike in and out.White Haven has a grocery, pharmacy, laundromat, pizza place, ice cream stand all in the same shopping center.
