- KJandtheCrew There is beach access across the street. A hotel down the road has a tunnel under the road if you don't want to try to cross it. The website is accurate in the amount of stairs to get down to the sand once you are at the public access. Lincoln City is filled with places to eat and shop! - CaptDeb Lots of pretty views as you head south on 101 if the fog hasnt rolled in. Depoe Bay is typical touristy area with shops and restaurants and a winery storefront. Further down toward Newport, there is a lighthouse at Yaquina Bay. The Newport wharf area has shops, fishing boats, and restaurants.
