Wonderful place to camp in the fall We camped at H. Cooper Black in a Motorhome.

Cheraw town is about 12 miles away. There you will find supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, and fast food joints.

- Vista Note, it is east of Silver, really in the Arenas Valley area.2 years ago Silver City KOA Holiday
- Ronald Egalka Silver City is a nice, smallish, arts oriented city. The Silver City Museum on Broadway is a good take depicting the citys interesting history. The Gila Cliff Dwellings are a must see even with the challenging 40-mile, two hour drive.2 months ago Silver City KOA Holiday
- Kendra Phillips City of rocks SP is cool. A trip to the Gila cliff dwellings (1.5 hour twisty mountain drive) is worth the effort. I loved the artsy/historic vibe of Silver City.3 months ago Silver City KOA Holiday
