We were going to look for an overnight stay. Going down HWY 18 in Gregory SD we found Ace's RV park. From the HWY it looked nice. We tried it. So glad we did! Lady was someplace else so note on door...

Tip for Other Campers:

There is a place up the road (left I think from driveway) that looks, well don't judge a book by the cover. The cover is a faded red. Inside sort of dark. Strange inside too. We were hesitant about it but there wasn't really anything else. Go on inside and order a hamburger. Those were the best cheese burgers we have had in a very long time. Sometime those...

Tips from campers about Ace's RV Park

Show: All Tips Stuff to DoOtherFood & Drink

michael miles Johnson Oil Co on the far east side of town has propane fill-up for RVs. Watch out for prairie dog holes lakeside, but get a lakeside site if available. On-site host at first site when you enter. GPS may tell you that you have arrived before you have so just keep going on 212 until you see RVs. You really cant miss it. There is a driveway that goes around the bathhouse, if you dont want to walk.

Cliffy All sites back in only Some 90 degrees to road, some angled. Plan your circle drive accordingly. NOT FOR BIG RIGS Not a real wide road for backing in, but OK
