Tips from campers about Dudley Creek RV Resort
- G & I Lots of fun exploring the caves. Bring flashlights. We wore our bike helmets but they do have some to use at the visitor's center. Good sturdy shoes also needed. They have caves with various difficulties. We didn't choose the ones we needed to crawl through.
- RickRei603 Be at the Visitor Center (walking distance from the campground) as soon it opens if you wish to participate in a ranger-led FCFS cave tour. The tour when we were there filled as soon as the Visitor Center opened with day-trippers. Many caves are closed during the summer for nesting bats check before you go.
- Loiz3744 Ii is mostly open, some shade. Be prepared.

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots of great places to eat in Pigeon Forge. For breakfast, our two favorites were the Apple Barn and Sawyers Farmhouse. Our favorite Mexican, and cheap too, was Cancuns. Great dinners at Blue Moose, Paula Deens, Old Mill....just so many great restaurants to choose from! We fell in love with Food City...great meat and deli depts and all depts are always...
