“Not a Resort”
Nightly Rate: $99 USD
The campground has nice sites. However, the park is full of Full-Time campers. We felt like we were in a Mobile Home Park. We camped at Caney Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

There is shopping and decent dining in both Harriman and Rockwood(two small nearby towns) about 5 miles away. Fishing and boating are the main draw to this scenic are with large lake(s) and the Tennessee River right here. Rolling hills, heavily forested, all private land. Many high dollar gated communities.

Our site faced the pool area. The dog park was behind us. That area could use a mow and spray for ticks and mosquitos. However, the pool was wonderful and the bathrooms and laundry were very clean!...
