Tip for Other Campers:
Admission to Chucalissa Indian Village is included, or waived, for campers. It's a site of a village during the "Mississippi" era, if I recall the museum info correctly. Approximately 900 to 1400 AD, similar to other mound sites in the SE. The museum exhibits were well done. Worth a visit.

“Peaceful and quiet ”

Very nice campgrounds, clean, lots of shade.Poor T-mobile reception, one bar.Bring mosquito repellents, theyll carry you away!!! We camped at T. O. Fuller State Park in a Motorhome.
