“Great Stay”
Nightly Rate: $26 USD
Stayed 15 nights. Great value, great camp host, walking distance to commissary and dog park. Highly recommend! We camped at Midway RV Park in a Motorhome.

“Adequate RV park”
Nightly Rate: $26 USD
Ok RV park with nice FHU spacious sites. No restrooms or showers at this time. Laundry located in bldg 452 5 mins away. We camped at Midway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Commissary abd NEX within walking distance. Millington lots of shopping a Walmart 5 min drive. Singleton gate open 0600 - 1800 M -F close to RV park
Tips from campers about Midway RV Park
- MEdwardR Sonny's Diner in Hatteras was friendly and fast. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is close and worth the visit.
- n2916s If you are going to fish, pick up a North Carolina license at any bait shop. ORV permits for the beach and campsite reservations are at Recreation.Gov.
- GoingNoWhereFast 4x4 on the beach is $50 for a 10day pass. No one day pass. The beach can be crowded if the fish are biting. Much Nice than the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Millington is 5 mins away and has whatever you should need. Memphis is 20 mins away. We drove by Graceland but did not have time to tour. Graceland is about 40 min away. Base is safe and secure so we have no knowledge as to safety in Memphis, especially during the evenings. We heard it is bad.

Tip for Other Campers:
20-minute drive to the Memphis area. The Civil Rights Museum, The Peabody Hotel and Beale Street are a must see during the "day". Lots of crime happening in the Memphis area so just be aware of your surroundings and stay in groups of people.
