Asphalt parking lot, tight, fhu. Road work going on in fairgrounds. We camped at The Fairgrounds Nashville - EVENTS ONLY in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
GPS saying low bridge on route, not sure where it was as we did not see it. Tried to follow fairs instructions they sent but they left out that their instructions are based off I40. Confused, no one answered the phone but finally got it figured out.
Very few spaces. Fairgrounds under construction. Spaces extremely tight. Were in a travel trailer between motor homes. We camped at The Fairgrounds Nashville - EVENTS ONLY in a Travel Trailer.

Tips from campers about The Fairgrounds Nashville - EVENTS ONLY
- Exploringourcompass The road isn't as bad as some of the tips and comments say. It's way less curvy than driving down any of the roads to the national parks and forest. Take your time and swing wide when needed. There are also a few signs as you go up the hill that let you know when to swing wide and that you're almost there! It's honestly not even that steep! Convienent to downtown and Belmont. Works out well for stay. It is not glamorous views, but works out very well. We camped at The Fairgrounds Nashville - EVENTS ONLY in a Truck Camper.

Question:
How is the camping sites with the soccer stadium being built and the new ag buildings? Which are being used as homeless shelters. Asking for visitors coming here for the holidays. So many fairgrounds have places for RV's. Being a parking lot the price mentioned is HIGH. $20 with use of bathrooms and showers is the norm. Also a way for these folks to pay. It seems NO ONE came by to pick up the fee. A bit of a fix up would be very nice for the future....
