Great place to see a lot of deer bar, turkey bike ride We camped at Cades Cove Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed in generator free loop C site #49 - level, paved back in site with picnic table and fire ring with grill top. Behind the paved pad there is a large, level tent pad. Not much solar on this...

Tip for Other Campers:
Abrams Falls good hike, start early to get a parking space and avoid crowds on the trail. Nice 1 mile nature hike from loop C close to site C15.

Tip for Other Campers:
Be ok with asking people to move their vehicles to allow you to back your rig in your spot. Also, cades cove loop is super busy so if you dont get out early it will be a 2-3 hour loop because it is 1 lane/ one way / but worth it.

Go on Wednesdays and plan to hike or bike the 11 mile Cades Cove loop. FYI only restroom is at the 1/2 point.

Tip for Other Campers:
On Wednesdays they close the Cades Cove loop to motor vehicles so you can bike or walk the 11 mile loop. We biked it once in the morning and once in the evening. Drive the Newfound Gap Road and go to Clingmans Dome.
