- Born2Roam If you have never given Dubuque a thought for visiting in the past, give it a try. Eagle Point Park overlooking Lock and Dam #11, the Fenelon Place Elevator tram ride at the end of 4th St, and the Stone Cliff Winery for drinks and lunch are all well worth checking out.
