Lots of amenities including lake, swimming pool, hot tub,club house, mini golf, horseshoes, fishing pond, gazebo for gatherings. We camped at Thousand Trails Bay Landing in a Motorhome.

Several nearby restaurants including Dos Chiles Mexican restaurant serving the most bland Mexican food I've ever had complete with something they called sour cream but is served warm and taste nothing like sour cream. - NovarroNomads There is a small grocery store, a Family Dollar and more in town. Propane refills are cheap and easy just down the main road. Fishing is FREE in Texas State Parks, something we didn't know until we stayed here. And if you need to do laundry, I suggest the cruise to Mineral Wells.
