“COTA Rocks! both NASCAR and F1”
Nightly Rate: $200 USD
I've stayed here for both NASCAR and F1 multiple times. Two completely different crowds, but one spectacular experience! Most spots are dry camping. They may have 30 sites or so that have power, which...

COTA RV Park has approximately 85 track-side spaces, a quarter of which have sewer, and all have 15/30/50 Amp service with potable water. For those who don't rent a slip with sewer, there is a two...

Tip for Other Campers:
Austin has plenty to offer. Take the family to Barton Springs, there is a dog friendly area if you have one. Eat at Curra's Grill on Oltorf. Go see the Capitol and get some ice cream at any one of the spots along Congress Ave.
Tips from campers about Circuit of the Americas Camping
- JPC327 spots closer to the track are on a hill. I prefer going to the top where it's flat. Adds an extra 1 min walk =)2 months ago Circuit of the Americas Camping
- Michael_648a72d8ba77e A couple of Mexican restaurants nearby, but I don't think they were open. It's pretty remote, so other restaurants were a bit of a drive (15 min or so).2 years ago Circuit of the Americas Camping
- Motorcyclekelly Austin is nearby with music and food. There are restaurants near but we didnt go to any of them.3 years ago Circuit of the Americas Camping

“Nice place to stop-over”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
We only stayed for the night on the way to the beach. Only a few RV's in the lot and I don't think anyone was staying in them. Quiet, clean restrooms with nice showers, nice laundry facilities (but we...

“Perfect for visiting a race track”

The sites back up to the fasted part of the race track, which will be very noisy when there is an event. If you like racing, its perfect. It wouldnt be fun if you dont like racing. We were there for a...

“Interesting spot, especially for a race fan”
Nightly Rate: $70 USD
Cement pad, made for large RV busses to pull into the site so the large front windows overlook the racetrack. We pulled our little 23 ft travel trailer in as well so we could hook up the sewer, water...

Tip for Other Campers:
Easy access to SE Austin, about 15 miles to downtown and 8 to suburban areas with restaurants and grocery stores. Good location for us to visit our son when other campgrounds were full. We were here 10 days and enjoyed the track but it was noisy at times as it is on the backstretch of the F1 track
