“Big Rig Friendly”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Large concrete pads, wide roads, friendly staff, nice amenities. It's only a few minutes from town. There are many things to do and places to eat. We camped at Riverwalk RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Restaurants: We ate at Trail Boss & OST. Both were really good!
Lots of boutiques and plenty of saloons with great live music. If you get time, take the drive to Utopia. It was a beautiful road with great views. Their Cafe has great pie.
“45' Class A - Great Bandera Hill Country Location. Easy In, Easy Out.”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
We booked our site through HipCamp. First time using HipCamp and my first time at Riverwalk Bandera. It could not have been any easier. I would have given them 5 Stars all the way around, but they...

Tip for Other Campers:
Spend a week and take your time if this is your one TX Hill Country stop. If you don't mind driving and want to see the Hill Country, you can do Kerrville (Empty Cross), Fredericksburg, and Luckenbach all from Riverwalk. Spend a Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday in Bandera. Day and half just in and around Bandera, and hit the 11th St Cowboy...

- JLT Our reason for coming to this area was to see Silver Falls State Park which has 10 waterfalls within an eight mile loop trail. It was wonderful. Highly recommend doing this hike. There is also a park down by the river in Salem called the River Front Park I think. It is a very nice, and very large park, with trails for walking, biking, roller skating, or skate boarding. Highly recommend this park also.4 years ago Phoenix RV Park
- User5766 Try going to Silver Falls State Park which is only 20 miles away. You will get to see some beautiful water falls! There are 10 of them that you can hike to. The largest is the Upper North Falls. Park at the North Falls trailhead and it is only .3 mi easy walk to the falls. Another one is the South Falls which is down the way to the South Falls Day Use Area. This is a very tall falls with a little hike down hill, but not bad. It was definitely worth doing. The walkway takes you behind the falls. Those are the only 2 we saw but will be back to see more another time. It is $5 per vehicle to park. Also The Columbia River Gorge National Park and Multnomah Falls are about 50 miles away. We will be doing that tommorrow. Check to see if you need reservations. We didn't in September but heard you did in the summer months.2 years ago Phoenix RV Park
- Rupejk Almost any store or restraunts you want in close proximity. Elmer's Restaurant had the best breakfast, try the potato pancakes.8 months ago Phoenix RV Park

“Not that great”
Nightly Rate: $100 USD
Some spots had upgrades, pergola, tables, fire pit, etc. Most did not. Everywhere the dog went in the grass, she got stickers in her feet. Had some voltage problems at pedestal, but they eventually...
