Tip for Other Campers:
Nice location easy to get to South Padre Island and other beaches. Restaurants and shopping near by as well.

The Park was very nice for a bunch of park models and homes. There were 12 pull through spots on one street for the short term stays. Was not worth the price in my opinion. We camped at Winter Haven...
