“Good views of the lake”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
We stayed there in a 35 fifth wheel at site #65. We barely fit. They have concrete runners for the trailer, and we had full hookups. There are a lot more FHUs than their website leads you to believe....

Tip for Other Campers:
Make sure you have enough sewer hose. Ours was at the rear, and I used 30 of sewer hose. Several towns were within a short drive.
Tips from campers about Copperas Creek
- Kmom Definitely visit the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament
- B Shultz No restaurants at this exit, (305), but several restaurants and a Walmart at exit 310. According to map there are numerous restaurants in Cullman. There is a Shell gas station and mini mart next to the campground.
- AndyHare84 Park is only about 1/2 mile off I65. Excellent and multiple options for dining within 10 min. Highly recommend 412 Public House, as well as Carltons Italian, All Steak, Hanks Sports Bar and Rumors Deli (they have live music at night) and Augustas Sports Grill fantastic cheesecake! Many chain restaurants and fast food options as well. Several antique malls and flea markets and close proximity to grocery, hardware and shopping. Very nice and new gas station about 3 blocks from the park, with room to navigate 5th wheel or class A Motorhome and a Spirits store located at one end of the gas station.

Tip for Other Campers:
Pay attention to the directions on your reservation from Recreation.gov. Our GPS got us lost twice trying to get there (it MAY have been "operator error" but I'm not claiming it!). Once you get there, you will not want to leave!
