Nice small park with gravel/dirt roads and sites. Camp host (Larry) was friendly and helpful. We camped at Cottonwood Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Cottonwood Creek RV Park
- Robert_582023 We were there for a day and a half so we didnt look into attractions, there are dog runs and plenty of walking roads and trails so that was good3 days ago Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday
- Kim_609 Go out on the Cape or anywhere on the coast for great seafood and enjoy the Atlantic coast.6 months ago Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday
- ReKoopn We drove to Dalem & Boston which made for a long day but being from the West Coast we knew we wouldnt get a chance to see Salem again. It was very busy being October but I think itd be boring without all the extra stores and Halloween themed sites.6 months ago Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday

Tip for Other Campers:
FM-165 can be quite busy. Try to avoid Austin and other major centers if you can. Lots of roadworks between Austin and Dripping Springs. The towns of Wimberley and Blanco are convenient and have everything you need.
“Wooded, quiet”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Quiet, sites spaced nicely and we were in between two open sites. No trees or shade at our site, but the weather wasn't too hot so it was OK. Nice walking trail, sighted deer and a fox. Staff and...

Tip for Other Campers:
Perfect spot to explore the Hill Country. We traveled to Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Pedernales Falls (a must-see), New Braunfels, Gruene (another must-see), and Wimberly. We also ate dinner at the Homespun Kitchen and Bar in Dripping Springs. Everything was 1/2 - 1 hour away, but we were pretty centrally located. We also recommend the LBJ State Park...
