Tip for Other Campers:
Take it easy and do not rush into or out of this park. 44 foot rv can safely traverse corners and road.
Road outside of park may still be damaged, but still workable.
We were scheduled at the Retreat for a Quilting week. That cancelled and it required at least three phone calls to get a refund. Then, they took a $25 fee for the cancellation, which was not my fault....

It was ok.. Lots of full timers .amenities need to be cleaned up some. Grounds need a bit of upkeep.. We camped at The Retreat RV & Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
A great kid environment and pets too. Restaurants and services close by. Area is developing. Conveniently located close enough to Houston but not too close.
