Tip for Other Campers:

Just outside the campground entrance is a barbecue restaurant, a shaved Ice place, a restaurant, and two bars. All with an easy walking distance. Also within walking distance are two full service gas stations. It would be easy to stay a week here if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, jet, skiing, or just swimming in their designated swimming area.

RV Park Management, social-media-liaison at Shiloh on the Lake responded to this review on 04/05/24:

Thank you for sharing your experience, DMR2011! It sounds like you had a pleasant one-night stay at the park. The ample space and spread-out layout, coupled with lots of trees, must have provided a serene atmosphere for your visit. While the site numbering may have been a bit confusing due to updates, it's great to hear that hookups weren't an issue and that you were able to easily maneuver your RV without having to disconnect your tow vehicle. The presence of long-term sites with more grass adds variety to the park's offerings, and the waterfront and fishing pier must have been lovely features to enjoy during your stay. March likely contributed to the quiet ambiance, making it a peaceful stopover for travelers passing through the area. Your feedback paints a clear picture for others considering a visit, showcasing the park's strengths and suitability for an overnight stay. Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions!
