Hiking and bike trails, boat ramp, fishing from the bank. Large campsites. We camped at Cagle Recreation Area in a Travel Trailer.
Tip for Other Campers:
Close to Willis and New Waverly.

Close to Willis and Conroe for groceries and restaurants. Dont follow Google directions they take you to the wrong place. No need to pay daily rate for the park when camping, its included..

Nice lakefront park. Camp hosts were very nice. The campground was spotless and the pads level. We were in site 25. We like the 2nd loop as it has the sites near the lake. Very nice walking paths....
