Tried to find the RV park, but all we found was fenced compound with RV's in storage. Few options for overnight RV spots at this exit. It was getting dark, so we headed to the Hillcrest Inn. They have...

Very basic sites. Power/wifi great. Didnt use sewer. No amenities. Melanie who runs park is very accommodating. She lives off site but comes as soon as you call. We stayed overnight. Needed place to...

Tips from campers about Southridge RV Park
- StephenK Not too sure why Ozona exists except that you'd have a rough time crossing Texas on I-10 without it. A drive around town shows dilapidated houses, junk cars, and abandoned stores. There is a laundromat and Lowe's groceries north of the interstate, heading west out of town. No Wal-Mart. Diesel at Stripes convenience at $2.459/gal. There is a bank. No RV dealers or repair shops. The "General Store" has hardware if you need a DIY repair. We recommend "The Café Next Door" at 14th and "D".8 years ago Southridge RV Park

This is a basically a gravel parking lot. No office, only a phone number to call. It met our needs for one night, but it's overpriced for what you get. Our water valve, which was in the ground, was...

My take: This CG is just a dirt lot with pedestals and is seriously overpriced. Safety: This lot is uncontrolled (no fencing, no access control) so keep your doors locked and bicycles secured. No...

Driving I10 across Texas we were forced to stop due to high wind. While Ozona, TX had a couple other RV parks we chose to stay here. It is a self serve RV park, no one there to greet you but someone...
