“A basic but excellent park”

This is a fun little RV park across the street from the water. It has limited sites, maybe 8 or 9, all back in. It looks like a home-grown park, and actually looks like someone's yard at first glance....

Tip for Other Campers:
If you want bigger city shopping and eating, Victoria is about 40 minutes away. The park does not have restrooms, showers or a laundry facility.

- Living the Dream There is no shopping, no restaurants in the area. We were here to watch the Eagles and we were not disappointed. We took our truck for a ride on the beach at low tide and it was amazing. Closest fuel is Bucees in Port Lavaca (which used to be a truck stop so its easy to navigate in a big rig.). Get all your groceries before you arrive.

Tip for Other Campers:
20 min to Port Lavaca which has all services. Watch for raccoons when you go to the dumpster. Quiet road, a few long term occupants. Good fishing. Some of the beach area is bare foot friendly.
