“Clean, secure, well-maintained campground with beautiful center lake”
Nightly Rate: $52 USD
We stayed at Lakeside for two nights in March in our class A motorhome. Our site was a cement pull-through with full hook-ups. The park is well maintained with a nice pool, lake and clubhouse. Over...

“Nice Park.Just Dont Arrive Early”
Nightly Rate: $70 USD
Appears to be a fairly new park with concrete streets & pads. Appears to be set up well for drainage during rain. The entire park was well manicured & clean. We only stayed for 1 night in between...

Tips from campers about Texas Lakeside RV Resort
- BBGuy Valley of Fire State Park is only 45 minutes Northeast of town and is beautiful with red rock and striped formations. Red Rock Canyon State Park to the west of town is also beautiful. Head to Mount Charleston to get away from the heat and enter a cool Alpine environment. Sushi Hero on East Flamingo is excellent. Soulbelly BBQ in the arts district had the best BBQ we have had outside Texas Hill Country. Lindo Michoacan on Dessert Inn has great Mexican. Walmart is only a couple blocks south on Nellis. Albertsons south on Boulder Hwy is the nicest grocery shopping in the area.4 years ago Las Vegas RV Resort
- Peterk56 RV washing services are available, and you can wash your own rig if you prefer ($25 fee for water)2 years ago Las Vegas RV Resort
- TH travelers Walmart is just down the road about a mile.2 weeks ago Las Vegas RV Resort

Nightly Rate: $60 USD
Ninety-eight percent are workers staying long term. Loud trucks and noisy at 5 am. Pool and lake are nice and you have them to yourself during the day. Nothing touristy around the area. The nice beach...

“Lovely Sites”

Beautiful RV park that is very new. Sites are concrete and level. The park has a nice rec center and pool/hot tub area. A nice lake centers the park. Not a lot of activities at the park. We camped at...

Tip for Other Campers:
There are stores in the area and Port Lavaca is interesting to visit. Beautiful boardwalk along the bay with informative signage about the wildlife. The RV park is a nice stopover but not enough going on for a long term stay.
