“Pretty views of the lake. ”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Campground was quiet and our spot (44) was flat. Easy back-in. Asphalt pad, nice picnic table and shelter, all concrete. Park is struggling with staffing and doing the best they can with just...

“Disappointing”
Nightly Rate: $18 USD
COE parks offer great value, especially if one is over 62. Lake is pretty and some nice sites, we have been here before. Sadly number 9 is not one of them. Selected number 9, a pull thru as we were...

Tips from campers about Oak Park
- Mike Hopkins The town of Casey is home to several of the world's largest things. The giant rocking chair and wind chimes were particularly interesting. There are many more giant things strewn about the town, and it's a nice place to stroll around and visit to see the sights and shop the boutiques. About 20 minutes away from Casey is the Moonshine store in Martinsville. They are famous for their Moonshine Burgers. The name is deceptive, as they don't serve any alcohol. This tiny store's burger grill served at least a couple of hundred people while we were there. People come from all over just for their home made style hamburgers. They serve breakfast and lunch, but the grill shuts off promptly at 12:30, and if you haven't ordered by then you will miss out.4 years ago Casey KOA Journey

“Pleasant 4-day camping for eclipse and exploring the area.”
Nightly Rate: $12 USD
As others have said, it's a beautiful setting. Fairly basic, clean, well-spaced sites, many are sloped/slanted, pavement in sites kind of narrow and crumbled on the edges. Springtime weather,...

Tip for Other Campers:
We explored the back roads: One day, making a loop drive up to the town of Corsicana (to Walmart for supplies) and returning on a different back road route. This was a great way to enjoy the beauty and variety of the area - "back" roads are mostly paved county and "Farm to Market" roads. These roads are easily navigated using Google maps.A second day of...

We loved our stay in site 48. It's somewhat out of the way and is the only site on the lakeside in that particular loop. The views were fantastic and we were surrounded by grass and trees. We enjoyed...

“Pretty with lots of shade trees”
Nightly Rate: $14 USD
We only stayed one night and everything was great except the bathroom was old and needed updating. We camped at Oak Park in a Travel Trailer.
