Cleanliness

We do not have a black water system in our rig, so bathrooms tend to dominant my ratings. 2 family style toilets/showers which were not cleaned during our 2 day stay, and one was out of toilet paper....

Tip for Other Campers:

We went to several good birding spots within range of this site (Quintana Neotropical bird sanctuary, Brazoria NWR). 3 miles to public beach with good walking

Cleanliness

Nice level concrete pads, some pull through. Well cared for grass and utility connections. Decent Wifi. Digitial TV with antennas. Great service. Many people who come here are regulars, snow birders...

Tip for Other Campers:

Grocery shopping is either Dollar General. Bay City and Lake Jackson have more shopping and restaurants and are a 30 minute drive. There are a few specialty stores in the area, like Kresta Meats for fresh meats and veggies and bakery. The town of Sargent is pleasant in the winter but community events make the place come alive in April and through summer.
