Kovasovic's is a small grocery and has a good meat market and is just a couple more miles away. Bottlenecks is a bar and dancehall with pretty good food in Deanville. (On weekends, the gate is open until midnight. If you think you might be late and are with a group, you can leave one of the vehicles inside the park to activate the gate when you get in). Lyons and Somerville have good places to eat. Nienast in Lyons. Slammin' 4 has good fried chicken (inside the convenience store). Las Fuentes, Texas Seafood & Steakhouse, Mama's Kitchen and Cajun Fixins Soul Food in Somerville.
