“What a view!”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
We stayed at Range RV while visiting Zion, Horseshoe Bed, Antelope Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs Scenic Bypass, and Glenn Canyon Dam. This is an excellent location for visiting all of these sights. This...

Tip for Other Campers:
Visit the coffee house next to the Chevron station. If you visit Zion, go to the Bumbleberry Inn for bumbleberry pie. Use the shuttle bus for Zion. If you do not want to pay to park and ride the shuttle, get to Zion National Park very early ...before 9:00 AM.
“Great new campground”
Nightly Rate: $40 USD
Nice location in beautiful southern Utah. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. The park is nice, though it's very new and they're still working on building it out. Absolutely massive hot...

Tip for Other Campers:
45 minutes to Zion, though I'd ignore Google suggestion to use Sheep Bridge road as it's unpaved and not worth the 3 minutes saved.

“Super Clean with an awesome view of Smithsonian Butte”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
What a great park! Sites are level gravel and very spacious. It's a new park so the trees they planted are still quite small but you're in the desert so there's not a lot of shade anyway. The pool and...

Bee's grocery store is about 14 miles away in Colorado City, a bit pricey but convenient. If you want a quieter side of Zion, go to Kolob Canyon up Route 15 which has some nice hikes and a great view of Zion and the Kaibab Plateau. Check out the ghost town of Grafton.

Tip for Other Campers:
This campground is located in a rural area which is somewhat remote, so reliable phone and internet service has the potential to be an issue. Road noise during the day is constant, but settles down at night when there's less traffic. Access to Zion NP is about a 40 minute drive. Bryce Canyon NP is a scenic 2.5 hour drive and makes for a splendid day trip....
