Tips from campers about Jensen, UT
- MCBarbare The chicken tenders and nuggets at Chippys Snack Shack are fantastic, whole pieces of chicken breast. The location is great for getting to Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Boston and New Bedford.2 years ago Thousand Trails Gateway to Cape Cod
- Mark Esco Took a boat to Marthas Vineyard. Nice day and tour.6 months ago Thousand Trails Gateway to Cape Cod
- Jenksy Fort Phoenix is a great beach and overlook in Fairhaven, not far from the campsite The Cape is still quite a distance (1-1/2 hour drive) just at the entrance is Scusset Beach State Reservation - Nice Trails, a visitor's center and RV sites with hookups. Nice views of canal. Deeper into the Cape, Chatham Lighthouse and beach has 1/2 hour free parking (elsewhere you need to pay $30 for a sticker or you will get hit with a $70 fine). This was a beautiful beach where you could see the sea lions swimming Monomoy Nature Reserve has nice views, free parking, scenic Mile+ hike to beach Further in, Mayo Beach in Wellsfleet has free parking but is Bayside Truro Vinyards was nice Corn Hill Beach in Truro also has free parking (after 4)- but is Bayside with lots of seaweed on the beach and in the water.8 months ago Thousand Trails Gateway to Cape Cod
