The town of Kanab, has lots of history. Rocking V Cafe is a must! Artsy decor, comfortable seating. Food and atmosphere are tops. 2nd Iron Horse Restaurant. Rustic setting with best steaks and chops! Another must!

Tip for Other Campers:
Check out the visitors center for good info about the national parks and other more local attractions. Johnson Canyon road was nearby and was a nice drive. Zion National Park was beautiful! We also enjoyed Big Al's burgers.
Tips from campers about J & J RV Park
- Troy Squillaci The farther back a spot you get, the less road noise youll hear. There are two grocery stores in town. Nice hiking in the hills.3 years ago J & J RV Park
- BBGuy Easy scenic drives to the North Rim and Zion NP. There is a liquor store 5 miles away just across the state line. Wild Thyme Cafe and Escobars Mexican were good. Littles Diesel is great if you need diesel service.2 years ago J & J RV Park

A no-frills full hookup campground right in Kanab, UT. Clean restrooms and laundry room. Wide roads and wide, pretty level gravel sites. We camped at J & J RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Plenty of activities in the area to explore. Close to Zion NP (be aware of size restrictions through the tunnel on Hwy 9 from Mt Carmel junction), Pink Coral Sands State Park, Sand Caves, Red Canyon slot via OHV. Moqui Cave. Grand Canyon NP North Rim is a day trip from this location and well worth it.
