  PaulaMo Had to have Wisconsin cheese so we drove 16 minutes to Union Star Cheese in Zittau. Fred was knowledgeable about the process, a delightful person to talk to and encouraged tasting! Who knew Red Onion cheese, and chocolate cheese was a thing! We bought a lot! Would go there again!
