“Expensive but it's Moab”
Nightly Rate: $150 USD
Located on south end of Moab a bit of a drive from downtown. Very expensive one night stay before joining a Fantasy RV rally. Site was not level but long enough for my 44' motor home & towed vehicle....

“Noisy. Unlevel lots.”
Nightly Rate: $166 USD
This KOA is on a very busy highway and you will have a lot of traffic noise. Because this is jeeping territory expect air compressors to run at all hours. One site left a compressor running every 15...

Tips from campers about Moab KOA Holiday
- JM in an Airstream Food:Eat at Pasta Jay’s, Thai Bella, and Antica Forma. Activities: Hike the Devils Garden in Arches, but start early to avoid crowds. Definitely take a drive to Dead Horse State Park and bring your dog, they are a dog friendly park! Lastly, go to Canyonlands NP, but again, arrive early to avoid the wait at the entrance station. Splurge: Do a hot air balloon ride with Canyonlands Ballooning! They were fantastic and it was a wonderful experience.4 years ago Moab KOA Holiday
- Brian & Kelly Cactus Jack's for breakfast. El Torrito for dinner. Many good touristy places.6 months ago Moab KOA Holiday
- rvlife_65edfc2c82c6d Its about a 10 minute drive into Moab. If you are bringing side-by-sides you will need to trailer them into the trails. Arches National Park is about 20 minutes north. We suggest going EARLY in the morning (4 or 5 am) to catch the sunrise. There are numerous 4x4 roads in the area. We rented a jeep from Jennys and had the best time hitting Willow Springs trail north and then Fins n Things and Hells Revenge. NOTE: Hells Revenge is NOT for the faint of heart! Bring an extra pair of underwear. Canyonlands is also close, though we did not get the chance to visit this trip. Try Miguels Baja Grill for some great Mexican food. Check out Doughbird for some amazing donuts, and Love Muffin Cafe for some great coffee and funny logos.10 months ago Moab KOA Holiday

“Very clean but close to the freeway”
Nightly Rate: $89 USD
Very clean. Great pool! Very close to the freeway. Sites on the west side are loud with non-stop road noise. We camped at Moab KOA Holiday in a Travel Trailer.

Question:
For those who chose a Pet patio, Or just a patio in general, were there any particular spots you thought were the best for shade, and roominess? It seems it's a $50 upgrade to choose a spot, but we are considering that since we will be staying 10 nights. Thank you...
