“Cool, tall trees, quiet, spacious”

What a great campground! Our first time here and well be back. About 50 campsites nestled into the tall pines. About half of them are first come first serve and what we noticed staying six days is...

Make sure to take a drive and hike in the Cedar Breaks National Monument, 13 miles up the road. Spectacular views.
“Lovely USFS Campground”

We were quite impressed with the campground. Though we only stayed one night, we'd return. Spots were level and there was good distance from your neighbors. Bathrooms were clean. The double sites and...

We wished there was easy access to the Lake. Since that wasn't the case, we ended up making several loops around the campground. We entered the campground from the South and didn't realize there's a little village north of the campground. We could have walked there for exercise.

Stayed in # 37 with a slim view of the lake and far enough from mosquitoes. Sites seem quite private with more than enough room between sites. This was Labor Day weekend and the noise level....wasn't!...

There is a laundromat in the little village about 2 minutes away...when you dogs wets your bed. It also is a store and a burger barn.

Beautiful region. We have a 40' rig (no pop-outs) and were able to back in to a site no problem. We did not have reservations, came in on a Thursday night and there were a couple spots left. The...

Tip for Other Campers:
Pizza at the local joint (c-stop) was good but took 45 minutes so call ahead! Cowboy smokehouse was good enough (very limited menu).
We did day trips to both Bryce (40min) and Zion (1.5hrs). We would definitely stay here again.
